The high efficacy of the drug is achieved due to the accumulation of the photosensitizer in the skin cell structures, which have differing outer membrane damage, old and abnormal cells, rapidly proliferating cells, and cells affected by viral or bacterial microflora.
The interaction of light energy, delivered to the cellular structures of the skin through the accumulation of the photosensitizer Fotoditazin®, leads to the development of the photodynamic process in the cellular structures, destroying the basic cellular structures (which includes the development of the apoptosis processes) , inducing the growth of young healthy skin cells (the fibroblast type) . In addition, the interaction of plasma protein, photosensitizer and light energy enhances the humeral immunity due to the synthesis of cytokines and interleukins.
Working with the Fotoditazin® agent is simple and painless to patients. The application process involves cleaning the patient’s skin and then applying , to the outer cleaned surface skin, the topical agent Fotoditazin® . In 20 minutes, the topical agent must be washed off thoroughly. Tune the laser device to a continuous mode; apply a special dispersing nozzle on the laser device. Using a 662nm wavelength, carry out the irradiation on the, previously mentioned, cleansed skin surface area. Once the irradiation is completed, administer a massage along the muscular frame of the affected area and apply a soothing moisturizer.
In addition, the gel "FOTODITAZIN®" can be employed in cutaneous rejuvenation. The course of treatments includes one or several procedures, depending on the condition of the skin, with an interval of 3 days.
